Brett and Brandon drove the U-haul down to Texas while me and Isabel flew! It took them a total of 28 hours or so to drive to Alice! Brett was sick the entire time which made the drive even worse. We are so grateful to Brandon for helping us.
Isabel did pretty good on the airplane. I was very lucky to have an open seat to put her in. The flight from SLC to Houston was 3 hours, then an hour delay, then the flight from Houston to Corpus Christi took another hour! Brett was waiting at the airport for us for 3 hours as he dropped Brandon off that morning to fly back to Utah. It is 45 minutes to Alice from the airport. Isabel had a long day!
